No person, other than a member of the Fire Department, shall display
or maintain on any vehicle owned or controlled by him any letters, emblem
or insignia indicating or purporting to indicate membership in or connection
with the Fire Department.
No person, except the Fire Chief or an Assistant Fire Chief or surgeon
of the Fire Department, shall, at any time, drive any vehicle (other than
an ambulance in actual service or a vehicle carrying United States mail) over
any fire hose lying on any street in the Village.
No person, except a fireman or policeman, without permission of the
Fire Chief or an Assistant Fire Chief or surgeon of the Fire Department shall
go or remain within any fire lines.
