The operator of a vehicle shall not turn his
vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon a highway
in the Village of Shorewood at any of the following places:
A.Â
Intersection of East Elmdale Court and North Oakland
Avenue.
B.Â
Intersection of East Jarvis Street and North Oakland
Avenue.
C.Â
Intersection of East River Park Court and North Oakland
Avenue.
D.Â
East River Park Court.
E.Â
Westbound Capitol Drive vehicles at the intersection
of East Capitol Drive and North Bartlett Avenue.

At all intersections controlled by a traffic signal
where signs prohibiting a U-turn have been erected by the authority
in charge of the maintenance of the highway.[1]
