The Village Board of the Village of Superior
hereby adopts § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and all subsequent
amendments thereto. The officials and employees of the Village of
Superior shall assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all
discrimination in housing within the Village of Superior by implementing
the authority and enforcement procedures set forth in § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., as amended. The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain
forms for complaints to be filed under § 106.50, Wis. Stats.,
and shall assist any person alleging a violation thereof in the Village
of Superior to file a complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce
Development, Equal Rights Division, for enforcement of § 106.50,
Wis. Stats.
