No person shall fire or discharge any cannon, gun, fowling piece, pistol or air rifle, slingshots or firearms of any description within the corporate limits of the Village of Superior, Wisconsin, except as is provided for in § 203-2.
This chapter shall not be construed to prohibit the discharge of firearms when done in the lawful defense of person, property or family or in the necessary enforcement of the law.
Violations of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-4, General penalty, of the Code of the Village. Each act of firing or discharging of firearms in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
