No person, firm or corporation shall tear up,
dig up, open, ditch or otherwise interfere with any of the streets
or alleys within the City of North Tonawanda, New York, without permission
first being obtained from and registration with the office of the
City Engineer. No person, firm or corporation shall receive permission
without the submission of a street opening bond which shall be satisfactory
to the office of the City Engineer in form, substance and execution,
and upon such other terms and conditions as may be established from
time to time by the Common Council.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
