[HISTORY: Adopted by the Special Town Meeting of the Town of Griswold 2-7-1985. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Town of Griswold hereby adopts Section 7-330 of the Connecticut General Statutes for the purposes of implementing Public Act No. 81-417[1] and joins the Southeastern Connecticut Tourism District.

The Town of Griswold, having a population of 9,200 according to the federal census of 1980, shall have three representatives on the District, who shall be appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Appointments shall be for one, two and three years initially and thereafter for three-year terms.
