It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator of a public place to permit the operation of phonograph machines, jukeboxes, radios or the performance of an orchestra or other form of entertainment between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. any day except Saturday and Sunday.
It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator of a public place to permit the operation of phonograph machines, jukeboxes, radios or the performance of an orchestra or other form of entertainment between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator of a public place to permit noise, whether the same be music, talking or any sound or noise, to emanate from said public place to the discomfort and annoyance of neighbors or the public in general.
Each and every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction thereof, to a fine not exceeding $1,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof, in the discretion of the Judge before whom said conviction shall be had.
