A. 
It shall be deemed unlawful for any resident of the township to park any unlicensed or unregistered motor vehicle on any road within the township.
B. 
No person shall permit more than one unregistered motor vehicle to be on any residential property at any one time.
C. 
No person or partnership shall keep any junk vehicles on any residential property within the township. Junk vehicles are hereby defined as those vehicles which are unfit for reconditioning for transportation or business use. This chapter does not apply to vehicles stored on business or commercial property.
D. 
This chapter does not apply to antique vehicles, nor does it apply to farm vehicles.
A. 
Upon discovery of any motor vehicle located on township roads or on a residential property in violation of § 150-1 of this chapter, the owner, if he be known or can be found, shall be advised by the Logan Township Police that he shall have one day to remove such motor vehicle from the roadway or five days to remove it from any private property. Any owner shall be further advised that should he fail to remove such vehicle located on a roadway, then the township shall deem such motor vehicle abandoned and will remove it from the roadway at the expense of the owner. In the case of any motor vehicle not removed from private property within the time set forth in this chapter, a summons shall be signed against the owner of the motor vehicle or occupier of the property, permitting such vehicle to be placed upon the land and shall be punishable as set forth in § 150-3 of this chapter.
B. 
Should any motor vehicle be found upon any road, situate within the Township of Logan, where the owner of such motor vehicle is not known, such motor vehicle may be immediately removed from the road.
Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each violation.
