The City of North Wildwood, in the County of Cape May, New Jersey, hereby
adopts all the benefits, rights and privileges contained in the Bingo Licensing
Law, being N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 to 5:8-49, inclusive.
It shall be lawful to conduct such games of chance on the first day
of the week, commonly known as Sunday, provided the license issued by the
municipality so provides, as set forth in N.J.S.A. 5:8-31.
The penalty for the violation of this chapter shall be as set forth
in the Bingo Licensing Law.
