The provisions of N.J.A.C. 8:26-1.1, pertaining to public recreational bathing, shall apply in the Township of West Windsor, with revisions as set forth in § 162-7. Copies of N.J.A.C 8:26-1.1 are available in the office of the Township Clerk.
A. 
N.J.A.C. 8:26-2.4(c) is amended to add the following additional requirement:
The Administrative Authority shall be notified in writing at least seven (7) days in advance of the emptying or cleaning of any swimming pool.
B. 
N.J.A.C. 8:26-4.8(d)7 is amended to add the following additional requirement:
Complete instructions, in duplicate, shall be furnished, complete with such drawings and tagging of all drains and valves as are necessary to clearly define required maintenance procedures. In addition, all pipes shall be color coded: green for city or potable water, red for wastewater, yellow for circulating, etc., and otherwise to the satisfaction of the Administrative Authority.
No person shall locate and construct, alter or operate a swimming pool until licenses shall have been issued by the township.
Licenses issued for the operation of a swimming pool shall expire annually on April 1 of each year, and application for renewal shall be submitted, together with the required fee, prior to March 31 of each year.
Licenses required by this article or code may be denied or suspended by the Health Officer for failure to comply with this article or code.
A. 
Penalties for violation of this article shall be as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalty, § 1-4.
B. 
Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
