Township of West Windsor, NJ Article III Cigarette Vending Machines and Self-Service Tobacco Displays

§ 183-12 Vending machines prohibited.

All vending machines dispensing cigarettes are hereby prohibited in the Township of West Windsor.

§ 183-13 Self-service cigarette displays.

Self-service cigarette displays, that is, any racks, stands or other display devices from which a customer may take cigarettes directly with only payment to be made to the tobacco retailer, are prohibited.

§ 183-14 Violations and penalties. [1]

Penalties for violation of this article shall be as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalty, § 1-4.
