No person or persons shall indulge in disorderly, noisy or riotous conduct or aid, countenance or assist another in making any improper noise or disturbance within the corporate bounds of the Village or unnecessarily congregate upon the streets to the annoyance or disturbance of citizens or travelers or in any way disturb any meeting or assembly in said Village.
No person shall use any profane, obscene, vulgar or indecent language in any street or other public place in the Village, and no person shall deface any post, wall, fence, building, tree or other surface with any obscene, immodest, immoral or vulgar mark, writing, picture or print.
It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to bathe in any of the waters within the corporate bounds of the Village unless attired by a suitable bathing suit or covering or to disrobe in any of the streets or public places or in any automobile or wagon in said streets or public places in said Village.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to trespass or go upon any private property without the consent or invitation, express or implied, of the property owner or to go upon any grass plot or garden in any Village park or playground which shall be posted with suitable signs.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to deface, damage or remove without permission of the owner thereof any flowers, shrubs, trees, building, fence, awning, sign, fountain or ornamental thing, utility pole, street lamp or wires or conduit connected thereto or a notice or handbill lawfully posted or fire hydrants, trash baskets, flagpoles, plaques or any other property of any kind, whether located upon public or private property within the Village.
No person shall appear on any of the streets or sidewalks or in any public conveyance or other public place in the Village while intoxicated.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to carry, hold, possess or drink from any open container holding alcoholic beverages in any public beach, bathing area, park, street, sidewalk, parking area, building or any other public area in the Village.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to carry, hold, possess or drink from any open container holding alcoholic beverages in any vehicle at any public place in the Village.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to offer to any other person or persons a drink of any alcoholic beverage in any place described in Subsections A and B of this section.
D. 
The use of any tobacco product, marijuana, e-cigarette or vaping will not be permitted within any public park, playground, public beach or on any Village property.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to sleep in a vehicle on any public beach, bathing area, street, sidewalk, parking area or any other public area in the Village.
Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The continuation of an offense against the provisions of this chapter shall constitute, for each day the offense is continued, a separate and distinct offense hereunder.
