The Village Clerk, the Deputy Village Clerk, the Village Treasurer,
and all persons who serve as Village election inspectors or as consultant
to the Village's Architectural Review Board shall not be required
to be residents of the Village, provided that they are residents of
the County of Nassau, in the State of New York.
