No person shall have in his or her possession any open or unsealed
bottle or container containing liquor or beer, wine or any other alcoholic
beverage with the intent of said person or another to consume same
while such person is on any public highway, public street, public
parking area, public sidewalk or any vehicle or public place, excepting
those premises duly licensed for sale and consumption of alcoholic
beverages on the premises, whatsoever in the Village of Woodridge.
Violation of this article shall be deemed a violation as defined
in the Penal Law and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250
or imprisonment for not more than 15 days.
