§ 140-1Time limit parking schedule.
§ 140-2Penalties for offenses.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time shown upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets:

Any person convicted of a violation of this provision shall for the first conviction be punishable by a fine of not more than $25; for a second conviction within 18 months a fine of not more than $50; and upon a third or subsequent conviction within 18 months of the first conviction a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment of 15 days or by such fine and imprisonment.
§ 140-3Amendment of fines.
The Village Board of the Village of Woodridge has determined the fines for parking violations within the Village of Woodridge shall be amended as follows:
Prohibited parking, sign posted: $50.
Overnight parking, 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.: $100.
Overtime parking: $50.
Parked blocking driveway: $50.
Double parked: $50.
Improper parking: $50.
Parked less than 15 feet from fire hydrant: $50.
Wrong side to curb: $50.
Handicap zone: $150.
Parked in fire lane: $100.
Parked on sidewalk: $50.
