Editor's Note: This ordinance also superseded
former Ch. A305, Cable Television Franchise, adopted 7-22-2008 by
Ord. No. 10-2008.
The Lancaster City Council does hereby approve
the cable franchise agreement negotiated with Comcast, including all
of the terms and conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize
the execution of such agreement.[1]
