When liquor licenses are transferred or new
licenses are granted many problems arise regarding the parking of
vehicles at new locations. The licensed premises must have adequate
parking spaces.

Prior to the grant or transfer of a liquor license,
the applicant or transferee shall give evidence that there is one
parking space available for each four patrons of the establishment.
The amount of patrons for each establishment
shall be that number of patrons as set out in the Fire Code of the
City of Pawtucket regarding capacity of buildings. The Fire Inspector
of the City of Pawtucket shall make this determination.
