All cemeteries maintained and owned by the City
of Pawtucket shall close at 4:00 p.m. each and every day of the year;
said notice to be posted on the gates of each cemetery conspicuous
to the general public.
Any violation of this article shall result in
a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100.
