§ 202-6 Number of inspections for which City is responsible for costs.

The City shall be responsible for the cost of no more than one property inspection by the Department of Zoning and Code Enforcement in a calendar year.

§ 202-7 Responsibility of property owner for costs.

A. The property owner shall be responsible for all costs associated with property inspections by the Department of Zoning and Code Enforcement, provided that:

(1) The property has been inspected one time in the same calendar year and that violations were found. Uncorrected violations are to be considered as subsequent new violations.

(2) A violation must be found in order to invoke payment by the property owner.

B. No inspection at which violations are found shall be factored into the calculation contained in Subsection A(1) above, provided that the request for inspection was made by the property owner.
