All land evidence records in the City of Pawtucket shall be maintained by the City Clerk pursuant to Chapter 34-13 of the Rhode Island General Laws, entitled "Recording of Instruments."
A. 
Copies of land evidence records shall be made available to the public for a fee set by R.I.G.L., § 34-13-9.
B. 
In addition, the City may make said records available to the public via the Internet to view at no charge. The fees to print land evidence records of said system are as follows:

(1) 
Yearly subscription fee: $50.
(2) 
Copy charge: $1.50 per page.
