No person shall, in the daytime, unless properly
clothed, bathe in any public place within the City.
No person shall jump or dive from any bridge
over any river within the City.
It shall be unlawful for any person to become
drunk or indecently intoxicated at or in any public place within the
City.
No person shall write or draw any obscene words,
pictures or figures in any place where the same may be liable to be
exposed to public view within the City.
