No person shall obstruct any officer, civil,
military or otherwise, including any state, City or town police, sheriff
or firefighters while in the execution of his or her office or duty.

Penalties for violations shall be a fine not
exceeding $500. Each incident shall be treated as a separate violation.
These penalties are mandatory.
