City of Pawtucket, RI Chapter 319 Property Classification

§ 319-1 Application.

All persons requesting legal classification of property in the City of Pawtucket shall be required to file applications on proper forms available at the office of Zoning and Code Enforcement. Upon receipt of the completed application, legal classification of the property shall be issued, in writing, within 15 working days.

§ 319-2 Fee.

A fee in the amount of $50 shall be assessed per application.

§ 319-3 Appeal.

Persons aggrieved by the decision rendered by the Director of Zoning and Code Enforcement may appeal such decision to the Board of Appeals.
