There shall be no transfer stations in the City
of Pawtucket except as provided herein.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Any land parcel within the boundaries of the City of Pawtucket
wherein waste, garbage or other material of like kind ordinarily disposed
of at a central landfill, not directly manufactured, fabricated or
generated thereon as a by-product thereof, is stored after being transported
to said situs from another land parcel not abutting to it. The term
"Transfer station" shall not apply to any real property owned by the
City of Pawtucket.
Enforcement of this article shall be by citation
issued by the building official.

Any person, firm or corporation who is found
to be in violation of the provisions of this article shall be guilty
of a violation and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $150.
Each day on which such violation occurs shall be deemed a separate
offense.
