Immediately upon final adoption of this chapter, all present holders
of soil removal permits under any previous authority by the Borough of South
River shall be given 30 days to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
Upon compliance with this chapter, the permits existing prior to the adoption
of this chapter shall be validated by the Borough Engineer in writing, and
he shall report to the Mayor and Council the status of each soil removal permit
heretofore granted in the Borough of South River within 45 days of the adoption
of this chapter.
Upon the failure to so comply with the provisions of this chapter within
30 days, the existing permits shall be automatically revoked and the holders
thereof shall immediately deliver to the Borough Engineer any and all permit
or permits in their possession, and all such permits shall thereafter be null
and void.
