Borough of South River, NJ Chapter 388 Vital Statistics

§ 388-1 Board of Health responsibilities.

The South River Board of Health is hereby responsible for the filing, storage and archiving of various records including marriage, civil union, domestic partnership, birth and death records and for making corrections and relaying said corrections to the State of New Jersey for said marriage, civil union, domestic partnership, birth and death records.

§ 388-2 Title.

The within chapter shall be commonly known as "Vital Statistics."

§ 388-3 Fees.

The following fees and charges are herewith established:

A. Certified copies of marriage, civil union, domestic partnership and birth and death records (each): $15.

B. Corrections to state for marriage, civil union, domestic partnership, birth and/or death (each): $25.
