Notice shall be given that no target shooting will be allowed at the
Town gravel bank on Bockes Road or the tri-Town gravel bank on Lake Desolation
Road.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for a term
not to exceed 15 days, or both.
