The holders of liquor licenses shall not hold dances, nor permit dancing, within the licensed premises unless a dance permit is first obtained from the Town Council.
A dance permit shall only allow the holder thereof to conduct dances within the licensed premises until 1:00 a.m. No dancing, entertainment or music shall take place in said licensed premises after 1:00 a.m. nor before 6:00 a.m.
Permits issued under this chapter shall not authorize dancing on Sunday.
The fee for dance permits shall be $1 and all dance permits issued under this chapter shall expire on the first day of December following the date of issue. All fees shall be paid to the Town Clerk for the use and benefit of the Town and the state.
