Editor's Note: The Zoning Map is on file at
the Town Hall.
A.
Designation of district boundaries. The district boundary
lines are intended generally to follow the center lines of streets,
rights-of-way, existing lot lines, streams and other waterways or
Town boundary lines, all as shown on said Zoning Map. Where a district
boundary line does not follow such a line, the district boundary line
is typically shown on the Zoning Map by a specific dimension expressing
its distance in feet from a street center line or other boundary line
as indicated. Where no dimensions are given, the Code Enforcement
Officer shall scale and determine the dimension.
B.
Determination of locations of boundaries. Where the
true location of a district boundary line is uncertain, the Code Enforcement
Officer shall request the Zoning Board of Appeals to determine such
location.
