[Ordinance No. 8714, adopted 8-6-1987,
established a pension plan for lifeguards in the City of Ventnor City and
also established a pension committee for the management of said plan, which
plan is entitled the "City of Ventnor Pension Plan for Lifeguards," all in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 43:13-23 et seq. This ordinance is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.]
