The Town of Hamburg does hereby establish and create the Department
of Administration and Finance, the function of which shall be to assist the
Supervisor in the preparation of the preliminary budget and the capital budget,
if any, and in the administration of other fiscal operations of the town for
which the Supervisor is responsible; to maintain town buildings and grounds;
to maintain and improve town parks; to operate the town recreation program;
and such other functions which may hereafter and lawfully be assigned by the
Supervisor and Town Board.
The head of the Department of Administration and Finance shall be the
Director of Administration and Finance, which office is hereby established.

The Director of Administration and Finance shall be appointed, and at
pleasure removed, by the Town Board.
This L.L. No. 1-1965 shall take effect immediately.
