The Treasurer of the City shall have custody
of all monies held by the City for the Old Farm Hill Cemetery. The
Treasurer, from time to time during each fiscal year and at the end
of each fiscal year, shall deposit all income accrued during the fiscal
year from the investment of such monies to the general fund of the
City in part payment of the cost of maintaining the Old Farm Hill
Cemetery.
