There shall be a fund created to be known as the "Fund for the Orderly Installation of Sidewalks" for the purpose of constructing sidewalks deemed necessary and designated by the Public Works Director. All monies collected pursuant to Subsection B of § 262-40, Construction of sidewalks in subdivisions and new developments, of Chapter 262 of the Middletown Code of Ordinances will be deposited in this fund.
Expenditures from this fund shall be made by the Director of Finance upon orders approved by the Mayor and the Common Council.
