The parking of vehicles on the east side of
Broadway from the northerly line of property owned by Northeast White
Tower, Inc., south to the City of Albany for a period of longer than
one hour is hereby prohibited.
The parking of vehicles on the west side of
Broadway from the northerly boundary of property owned by Montgomery-Ward
to the City of Albany is hereby prohibited.
