The fiscal and disbursing officers of the Town of Niskayuna are hereby
authorized to deduct from the wages or salary of employees of the Town of
Niskayana such amount that any employee may specify in writing filed with
such fiscal or disbursing officers for the payment of contributions to the
Ellis Hospital Second Century Fund.
Any such written authorization may be withdrawn by such employee at
any time by filing written notice of such withdrawal with the fiscal or disbursing
officer of the Town.
