[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Niskayuna 5-20-1975

Article 10, comprising §§ 351 through 360 inclusive,
of the Multiple Dwelling Law, being Chapter 61 of the Consolidated Laws of
the State of New York in effect on the effective date of this chapter, which
Article 10 enacts certain procedures and penalties applicable to a multiple
dwelling or part thereof used as a house of prostitution or assignation, is
hereby made applicable to multiple dwellings in the Town of Niskayuna and
is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Code as if specifically
recited herein.
Said Article 10 as applicable to the Town of Niskayuna is hereby amended
to substitute "Building Inspector" for each use therein of the term "department."
