The purpose of this Article is to authorize the Building Inspector and Deputy Building Inspector of the Town of Ossining to issue and serve appearance tickets in connection with the enforcement of local laws, ordinances and rules and regulations of the Town of Ossining and state statutes and codes which they are authorized or required to enforce.
The Building Inspector and the Deputy Building Inspector of the Town of Ossining are hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets with respect to violations of local laws, ordinances and rules and regulations of the Town of Ossining and state statutes and codes applicable to the construction, alteration, repair, removal and demolition of buildings and structures and the installation and use of materials and equipment therein and the location, use, occupancy and maintenance thereof and with respect to violations of any other local laws, ordinances and rules and regulations of the Town of Ossining and state statutes and codes which they are authorized or required to enforce.
An appearance ticket issued pursuant to this Article shall be personally served by the Building Inspector or Deputy Building Inspector.

The purpose of this Article is to authorize the Dog Control Officer ("Dog Warden") of the Town of Ossining to issue and serve appearance tickets in connection with the enforcement of local laws, ordinances and rules and regulations of the Town of Ossining and state statutes and codes which he is authorized or required to enforce.
The Dog Control Officer ("Dog Warden") of the Town of Ossining is hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets with respect to violations of local laws, ordinances and rules and regulations of the Town of Ossining and state statutes and codes applicable to the enforcement of the provisions for harboring, licensing and control of dogs in the unincorporated area of the Town of Ossining and with respect to violations of any other local laws, ordinances and rules and regulations of the Town of Ossining and state statutes and codes which he is authorized or required to enforce.
An appearance ticket issued pursuant to this Article shall be personally served by the Dog Control Officer ("Dog Warden").
