Adoption of local laws — See Ch. 31.
The Town Clerk shall cause notice of the adoption of any ordinance hereinafter
enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Ossining to be published once in
the official newspaper of the Town of Ossining.
Publication of a summary of the provisions of any such newly adopted
ordinance, where not inconsistent with law, shall constitute full compliance
by the Town of Ossining with this chapter and with § 133 of the
Town Law of the State of New York.
