A.
No unauthorized person shall remove or tamper with the
cover of any manhole or other opening into the facilities of the Sanitary
District.
B.
No person shall obstruct or cause the obstruction of
any sewer or discharge into any sewer any substance which will in any way
impair the efficiency of operating and maintaining the facilities of the Sanitary
District.
C.
No unauthorized person shall tamper with any manhole,
tank, cleanout plugs, valves, sewer lines, vacuum or gravity pump stations,
treatment and disposal works or other structures connected to or part of the
facilities of the Sanitary District.
D.
No person shall damage or deface any property of the
District, cut any trees, or dump any refuse or rubbish upon any part of the
property of the District.
No person shall, in any manner, obstruct the full access to any Sanitary
District-owned sewerage works, including but not limited to vacuum valves
or tanks, sewer cleanouts, collection mains, pump stations, or treatment disposal
facilities.
