In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 1988, c. 110,[1] there is hereby created in the Township of Boonton the office
of Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer shall be the individual
who also holds the office of Township Treasurer. The compensation for this
position shall be established in the Annual Salary Ordinance.[2]
The Chief Financial Officer shall have, perform and exercise all the
functions, powers and duties provided by law and Township ordinances.
