Pursuant to the authority of Real Property Tax Law
§ 458-a(7), the maximum allowable alternative veterans'
exemptions for Gold Star Parents shall be: 25% up to a maximum of
$30,000.
B.
GOLD STAR PARENTS
As used in this article, the following terms shall
have the meanings indicated:
The parent of a child who died in the line of duty while
serving in the United States Armed Forces during a period of war.
