§ 315-1 Full-time position.

The Board of County Commissioners of Allegheny County do hereby determine the services of the position of District Attorney of Allegheny County to be full-time.

§ 315-2 Compensation.

The District Attorney of Allegheny County shall be compensated for full-time service at a salary of $1,000 lower than the salary paid to a judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
