The next reassessment of all properties in Allegheny
County shall be done and released to the public for the purpose of
appeal by July, 2005, appeals shall be heard and settled in 2005,
and valuations, as adjusted, shall be certified and used for the purpose
of taxation in 2006.

Property card information which contains detailed
information on all assessed properties, shall be included with all
assessments mailed to property owners beginning in 2003.
