Where a trailer coach or mobile home is approved
as a permanent residence, the interior and exterior plumbing and drainage
system shall be of materials, and installation requirements in accordance
with the provisions of this code.
Where a trailer coach or mobile home is located in a trailer court, the interior plumbing in such trailer coach need not comply with the requirements of this code, however, such plumbing systems shall be adequate for their intended purpose, and shall be drained into a properly installed sewage or drainage system as outlined in Article XXI, "Trailer Court Plumbing."
All trailer coaches must be in compliance with
current federal regulations, governing plumbing.
