A.
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-10,
the Municipal Council of the City of Clifton will enter into a joint purchasing
agreement with the Clifton Board of Education of the City of Clifton, in a
form approved by the Law Department of the City of Clifton, providing for
the joint purchase of the following work, materials and supplies for use by
their respective jurisdictions:
(1)
Fuel oil for heating.
(2)
General office supplies.
(3)
Janitorial supplies.
(4)
Plumbing supplies.
(5)
Carpenters' supplies.
(6)
Electricians' supplies.
(7)
Athletic equipment.
(8)
Custodial waxes and cleaners.
(9)
Office supplies; mimeograph paper and supplies.
(10)
Printed forms.
(11)
Paint and paint supplies.
(12)
Custodial uniforms.
(13)
Uniform rentals.
(14)
Boiler repairs.
(15)
Vehicles.
(16)
Photo equipment.
(17)
Lumber and building supplies.
(18)
Infield topping.
(19)
Fertilizer, lime and seed.
(20)
Data processing.
(21)
Rock salt.
(22)
Sod.
(23)
Fencing.
(24)
Paving.
(25)
Arts and crafts.
(26)
Road repair and maintenance.
(27)
Regular and low-lead gasoline.
(28)
Tires and tubes.
(29)
Fire extinguisher service.
(30)
Vehicle repairs.
The Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized and directed
to execute such agreement on behalf of the Municipal Council of the City of
Clifton.
The terms used herein and in the agreement hereby authorized shall have
the definitions set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2.
This article shall take effect after final passage and publication as
provided by law and upon adoption of a resolution authorizing the execution
of the aforesaid agreement by the Clifton Board of Education of the City of
Clifton.
