The Municipal Council of the City of Clifton, a body corporate and politic, is hereby designated as the redevelopment agency pursuant to the Redevelopment Agencies Law, being Chapter 306 of the Laws of 1949 (N.J.S.A. 40:55C-1 et seq.), as amended and supplemented.[1]
