Whenever any words and phrases are used in this chapter, the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be deemed to apply to such words and phrases used therein.
Pursuant to the authority granted to this municipality by N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, no person shall park any vehicle at any time at the following locations, which are hereby designated fire zones:
A. 
Parking lot, Lexington Avenue and Clifton Avenue (Grand Union parking lot): entire width of the front of the building, 162 feet.
B. 
Parking lot, Allwood Road and Broad Street (Grand Union parking lot): entire width of the front of the building, 290 feet.
C. 
Main entrance (Evergreen Manor), Dan Street: from the northeast corner of Dan Street, continuing 22 feet in an easterly direction and from this point continuing 105 feet in a southerly direction.

Main entrance, 140 Allwood Road: from the northeast curbline of Allwood Road, continuing 200 feet in an easterly direction.

Kip Street: easterly side, beginning at a point 90 feet north of the northeast corner of Clifton Avenue and extending in a northerly direction 110 feet therefrom.

Parking area, 265 State Highway No. 3: beginning at the entrance driveway at River Road and continuing westerly along both sides of the roadway located on the southerly property line for a distance of 482 feet then continuing along the southerly side of the aforesaid roadway for a distance of 150 feet.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $250 nor more than $1,250.
The Chief of Police is hereby directed to have proper signs calling attention to the provisions of this chapter erected or placed upon said premises.
