Pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions
of New Jersey Statutes Annotated 5:8-58, licenses which may hereafter
be issued in the City of Clifton under and by virtue of a certain
act known as the "Raffles Licensing Law", N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq.,
may authorize the conduct of games of chance on the first day of the
week, commonly known and designated as Sunday.

The authority to approve the granting of raffle
and bingo licenses in the City of Clifton is delegated and designated
to the City Clerk, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1.

Upon filing an application for a raffle and/or bingo license,
the applicant shall pay to the City of Clifton the fee due to the
Legalized Games of Change Control Commission and an equal amount to
the City of Clifton, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 13:47-4.10.
