It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stand or park such motor vehicle at any time on the following streets and roads in the apartment project known as the "Martha Washington Apartments":
Those particular portions of the entrances, exits and paved drives of said development more particularly described as follows:
EAST DRIVE
Beginning at a point on the southerly side of Van Houten Avenue distant 10 feet more or less westerly from the dividing line between Lots 80 and 81 in Block 362 as shown on the Tax Assessment Maps of the City of Clifton, and running thence southerly and easterly along an existing curb 45 feet more or less; thence westerly parallel to Van Houten Avenue 20 feet more or less; thence southerly parallel to and 20 feet westerly from the dividing line between Lots 80 and 81 405 feet more or less to a point distant 25 feet more or less northerly from the southerly side of Lot 81; thence westerly along the same 30 feet more or less; thence northerly along the existing curb and easterly side of the two-story brick apartment buildings 465 feet more or less to the southerly side of Van Houten Avenue; thence easterly along the same 30 feet more or less to the place of beginning.
WEST DRIVE
Beginning at a point on the southerly side of Van Houten Avenue distant 10 feet more or less easterly from the dividing line between Lots 86 and 82 in Block 362 as shown on the Tax Assessment Maps of the City of Clifton, and running thence easterly along the southerly side of Van Houten Avenue 30 feet more or less to a curb; thence southerly along the existing curbs and the westerly side of the two-story brick apartment buildings along their various courses 465 feet more or less to a point distant 25 feet more or less northerly from the southerly side of Lots 82 and 81; thence westerly along the same 25 feet more or less to a point distant 20 feet easterly from the dividing line between Lots 82 and 86; thence northerly parallel to and 20 feet easterly from said dividing line 420 feet more or less to a point distant 25 feet more or less southerly from the southerly side of Van Houten Avenue; thence westerly along the same 20 feet more or less to the aforesaid dividing line; thence easterly and northerly along a curb and its various courses 33 feet more or less to the southerly side of Van Houten Avenue and place of beginning.
The Chief of Police is hereby directed to have proper signs and pavement markings calling attention to the provisions of this article erected or placed along said street.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
