[Adopted 6-13-1974 by Ord. No. 4231-74 (Subarticle K of Article 7A of Chapter 32 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Clifton, New Jersey, 1960)]
No person shall park any vehicle at any time on those certain streets or portions thereof located in the City of Clifton on lands occupied as a garden apartment development known as "Clifton Colonial Gardens" as more particularly described as follows:
No parking, both sides: Beginning on the easterly side of Seventh Street and running easterly along both sides of the private roadway 40 feet more or less.
No parking, both sides: Beginning on the westerly side of Marilyn Place and running westerly along both sides of the private roadway 40 feet more or less.
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly side of the private roadway and the westerly side of the driveway and running westerly along the southerly side of the private roadway 40 feet more or less.
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly side of the private roadway and the easterly side of the driveway and running easterly along the southerly side of the private roadway 40 feet more or less.
In accordance with site plan prepared by the Engineering Department of the City of Clifton consisting of two sheets, three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles of the State of New Jersey on January 16, 1974, all of which copies are open to public inspection
The Chief of Police is hereby directed to have proper signs calling attention to the provisions of this article erected or placed along said streets.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment of a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
